Regulations
- Exceldor Cooperative allows producers to place multiple orders during a sales period. When the sales period is over, it shall no longer be possible for them to add or modify any of order.
- Unless there is a system error, orders shall be non‑refundable. You shall be responsible for collecting yours on the day of pick‑up. In case you cannot pick up your order yourself, you must send a third party who will need to have your printed purchase order in hand. In the event of an error in the pick-up location, the order will be cancelled and reimbursed.
- Producers that are affected by errors during pick‑up shall be reimbursed for products that are missing from their order.
- Exceldor Cooperative only accepts payments made through its transactional site, in its producers’ online shop.
- In all pick‑up locations, we will proceed by appointment. You will receive confirmation of your appointment time the day before its occurrence.
