Regulations

  1. Exceldor Cooperative allows producers to place multiple orders during a sales period. When the sales period is over, it shall no longer be possible for them to add or modify any of order.

  2. Unless there is a system error, orders shall be non‑refundable. You shall be responsible for collecting yours on the day of pick‑up. In case you cannot pick up your order yourself, you must send a third party who will need to have your printed purchase order in hand. In the event of an error in the pick-up location, the order will be cancelled and reimbursed.

  3. Producers that are affected by errors during pick‑up shall be reimbursed for products that are missing from their order.

  4. Exceldor Cooperative only accepts payments made through its transactional site, in its producers’ online shop.

  5. In all pick‑up locations, we will proceed by appointment. You will receive confirmation of your appointment time the day before its occurrence.
